This is what I like to call our "starter" tutu. It is your basic tulle tutu in your choice of pink or purple. It is not too poofy or frilly, no ruffles or bows. It has an elasic waist and will make your little girl want to dance. She will fall in love with wearing a tutu once she puts this on and starts to dance and twirl!

**Final Sale Item. Because these tutus are not quite up to par with the quality of many of our namebrand products, these have been marked down to significantly low prices. There may be some minor defects such as uneven edges, or a bit of wrinking in the tulle. There are no rips, or holes, and overall are just a cute item at a great value!
