Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 15$. For orders under 15$ we charge a flat rate charge of $2.95. We use standard shipping (USPS first class shipping, Standard Post or Priority Mail in some circumstances depending on the size, weight, and destination). This means your order will usually arrive in 2-6 Postal business days. We can't guarantee shipping time on orders shipped first class mail or Standard Post. During holidays and other busy times there can be a delay in delivery, which is out of our control.

If you need your package delivered sooner we suggest choosing the 2-3 day Priority Mail option for $7.95 at checkout. If you need your order shipped overnight (1 day shipping), please email us at service@sockadoodle.com PRIOR to placing your order so we can confirm we can get it out in time and then we can send you an invoice for the expedited shipping charges.

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. We do not reimburse for return shipping charges unless you are returning a defective item. Please contact us at service@sockadoodle.com right away if you receive a product with any defects.

We currently only offer shipping within the US, but if you are a Canadian customer wishing to place an order please send your inquiry to service@sockadoodle.com and we may be able to invoice you depending on your order (size and weight).
